The D.C. Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) offers an online case search system where you can look up information related to a CCN:

  1. Visit the MPD’s eAccess online case search portal
  2. Enter the 6-digit CCN number
  3. View basic case information like incident type, date, and status

Request Report Copies

To get full police reports associated with a CCN:

  1. Contact the MPD Public Documents Section:

  2. Provide the 6-digit CCN when requesting the report

  3. For accident reports (PD-10):

    • $3 fee for insurance companies
    • Free for involved parties
  4. For incident/offense reports (PD-251):

    • Fees are currently waived
